Spicyy Slicyyy Tindora Fryyyyy

Ingredients:
Tindora - 250 gm
Cumin Seeds-1 teaspoon
Dried red chilli—3 to 4
Curry leaves - 6 to 7
Green chillies - 1 to 2
Asafoetida - ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
Dhaniya - ½ teaspoon
Salt-required as per taste
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Sundew refined sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon
Method:
Tindoras should be thoroughly cleaned, drained, and then finely chopped off the ends and sliced lengthwise.
Cumin seeds are added to sizzling oil in a pan. Cumin seeds should be fried until they begin to spatter. Fry the curry leaves, finely chopped green chilies, dried red chilies, and a dash of heeng.
Tindoras should be thinly sliced and added to the pan.
Salt, lemon juice, coriander powder, garam masala, haldi, and red chilli powder ought to all be added.
On a high-medium temperature, stir-sauté the vegetables for 3–4 minutes. After that, place a cover on top and cook for 15-20 minutes at a low heat while stirring occasionally. Tindora Fry is ready. Serve it hot with any roti or rice dish for the main course.
