Popcorn Chicken
Ingredients:
250 grams chicken (boneless)
2 tbsps cornstarch
1 egg white
1 cup bread crumbs
Sundew sunflower oil for deep frying
Seasoning
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp onion powder
¾ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper powder
¾ red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Method:
Cut chicken into tiny bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning and the cornstarch with the chicken
In two bowls, keep the egg white and the bread crumbs respectively.
Dump every bite-sized piece in the egg and then the bread crumbs and keep them aside until the coating sticks well with the chicken.
In a deep wok, heat Sundew sunflower oil on a medium flame.
When the oil reaches the right temperature, gently slide the pieces and deep fry them.
Do not crowd the pan with many chicken bites at one time. Fry popcorn chicken in batches.
Deep fry until the bites turn golden brown.
Serve them hot with ketchup.

Dragon Chicken
Ingredients
500 grams boneless chicken breast cut into thin strips
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Sundew sunflower oil for deep frying
Marination:
2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Chilli garlic paste
1 Egg
½ cup All Purpose Flour
¼ cup Corn Flour
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Pepper
For Sauce:
2 tbsp Sundew sunflower oil
3 Dry Red Chillies
20 tbsp Cashews
1 large Onion sliced thinly
1 large Capsicum sliced thinly
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Chilli garlic paste
2 tsp Dark Soy sauce
¼ cup Tomato Ketchup
Salt to taste
2 tsp Sugar
Method:
Take chicken in a bowl and add all the marination ingredients. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 mins.
Heat Sundew sunflower oil in a deep wok.
When the oil is hot, drop the chicken gently in the oil and fry until it turns golden.
Drain and set aside.
Now heat Sundew sunflower oil in a frying pan.
Add in dry red chillies and cashews and fry till they turn golden brown.
Add in onions and bell peppers and toss well in the oil.
Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Add in red chilli paste, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, sugar and mix well.
Wait until the sauce thickens
Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce.
Add in chopped coriander mix well.
Serve hot.
