Vegetable Vindaloo: A Vegan Wonder!

Being Vegan in India is the easiest thing ever! You can find yummy recipes that don’t burn your wallets. And the best thing? You can create almost all the non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes in the vegan format! Here we bring a classical dish from the coastal city of Goa. Typically made with pork, the Vindaloo descended from the Portuguese settlement, which had colonial roots in Goa. We have altered the dish to fit the Vegan requirements without any compromise on the taste or flavour.
