Ingredients Whole wheat flour 2 cups Rice flour ¼ cups Pinch of salt Baking soda ¼ teaspoon Dry ginger powder ¼ teaspoon Jaggery as per your preference A large ripe banana Sundew refined sunflower oil To make banana wheat fritter: Combine all the dry ingredients to a dry mixing bowl and combine until it is mixed well. Add half cup water to the jaggery and heat it till it dissolves.Strain the jaggery syrup using a metal mesh filter to avoid dirt. Add the strained jaggery syrup to the dry ingredients.
