A Delightful Banana Wheat Fritter

Unannounced guests and no snacks! Don’t worry; here's a quick and easy way to make a healthy, tasty, yummy, and appetising snack. Fear not, all the ingredients required for the ingredients are already available in your pantry. So let's start !! Ingredients Whole wheat flour 2 cups Rice flour ¼  cups Pinch of salt Baking soda ¼  teaspoon Dry ginger powder ¼ teaspoon Jaggery as per your preference A large ripe banana Sundew refined sunflower oil To make banana wheat fritter: Combine all the dry ingredients to a dry mixing bowl and combine until it is mixed well. Add half cup water to the jaggery and heat it till it dissolves.Strain the jaggery syrup using a metal mesh filter to avoid dirt. Add the strained jaggery syrup to the dry ingredients. To get the best flavour make sure the banana is ripe. Now smash and add the banana to the mixture. Add the required amount of water and make the mixture into a smooth batter.
