Ingredients ¼ Cup of Rice 1 Litre milk Sugar (As Required) Almonds (Blanched and Peeled) Pistachios (Blanched and Peeled ½ Teaspoon of Cardamom Powder Saffron (As Required) How to make Phirni Step 1: Rinse the rice using water a few times and leave them to dry for a while.
